We are not a supplier. We are a utilities billing agent – operating on behalf of landlords, for residents.
We have created a solution that has been specifically designed with residents in mind.

We’re well on our way with over 90,000 trees planted to date.
Working in partnership with UK landlords in the Build to Rent sector to provide Net Zero energy management solutions for their residence. Community enables buildings to have a full overview of its consumption and supports landlords in making decisions regarding its carbon and Net Zero commitments.
Having procured renewal energy for landlords, we then bill residents monthly for their energy consumption. Each property is sub-metered, enabling us to measure the energy and water used in each apartment and in turn bill each apartment individually for their energy consumption.
Once all the technical aspects of our partnership with your landlord have been finalised, residents will receive a welcome email to register for an online account with us, this is where you can view your energy consumption, submit meter reads, view your tariff information and set up your monthly payment method.

This initiative aims to deliver and fund projects in Africa that provide power to support education, something we believe to be the minimum requirements in the modern world for children. We’ll never ask you to provide any sensitive information over the phone, such as your bank details, without first verifying that we are speaking with the account holder; we do this by asking security questions that only the account holder would know the answers to. This allows us to comprehensively verify the identity of the person we are speaking to.
